These are my two pologymist friends, Ruth and Kerenhappuch. It is their first time in a swimming pool. They feel rebellious today.

- I am a physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor. For those of you unfamiliar with this field, I am an MD. I have found traditional medicine has it's limitations. The aim of this blog is to explore some treatments that may be considered "outside the box" from a personal and MD perspective. I am 40, and I love to moutnain bike, trail run, and backcountry ski. My wife and 4 boys also like to bike and ski, keeping us all busy. I do not plan on slowing down anytime soon...life's short.

The waters are evil and cunning, but I felt a certain freedom as I entered the waters that I have always feared. Perhaps I will again return to this mysterious place called a "swimming pool".
I didn't want anybody to know that i got out and did that! Especially the other wives...
