- I am a physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor. For those of you unfamiliar with this field, I am an MD. I have found traditional medicine has it's limitations. The aim of this blog is to explore some treatments that may be considered "outside the box" from a personal and MD perspective. I am 40, and I love to moutnain bike, trail run, and backcountry ski. My wife and 4 boys also like to bike and ski, keeping us all busy. I do not plan on slowing down anytime soon...life's short.

Oh I am so happy i don't have to go cross eyed to enter a stupid code! Nice work. Anyway here is the site I have always used to rent a house in Newport. There are lots of sites out there to rent from, but I just have used this one. In November the prices are so much better. $850/per week for 3 bedroom, etc. We have been there several times for Thanksgiving and you can still swim, but the beach isn't crowded at all. There are all different size of homes, right on the boardwalk/ocean and right across the street. I have stayed in both and they are both great. Of course across the street are cheaper. It would be so, "wicked awesome" sawyer's new favorite saying, if we could all get houses by each other. They also have some huge homes that people could share. Anyway we are so in if people do it. Newport is our favorite beach because it is a little smaller town. . .bikes, great boardwalk, surfing, skimming, swimming, shopping, 24-hour doughnut store, farry to Balbo Island, etc. Would your mom & dad do it?
