- I am a physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor. For those of you unfamiliar with this field, I am an MD. I have found traditional medicine has it's limitations. The aim of this blog is to explore some treatments that may be considered "outside the box" from a personal and MD perspective. I am 40, and I love to moutnain bike, trail run, and backcountry ski. My wife and 4 boys also like to bike and ski, keeping us all busy. I do not plan on slowing down anytime soon...life's short.

Sweet ride! So how'd ya do in the race? And do you know you can post more than one pic per post so you don't have to post a hundred times? Just wondering.
I'm so glad you got a chance to get away and have some fun! The feeling is 100% mutual for Ash towards Ev...can't get enough of that cute kid!
