- I am a physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor. For those of you unfamiliar with this field, I am an MD. I have found traditional medicine has it's limitations. The aim of this blog is to explore some treatments that may be considered "outside the box" from a personal and MD perspective. I am 40, and I love to moutnain bike, trail run, and backcountry ski. My wife and 4 boys also like to bike and ski, keeping us all busy. I do not plan on slowing down anytime soon...life's short.

I just hope that I can look as good as you when I finally hit the big 2-5. I just hope I don't get a chicken for my b-day, so don't even think about pawning it off! But such a deserving gift for the Easter chicken fiends!
