- I am a physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor. For those of you unfamiliar with this field, I am an MD. I have found traditional medicine has it's limitations. The aim of this blog is to explore some treatments that may be considered "outside the box" from a personal and MD perspective. I am 40, and I love to moutnain bike, trail run, and backcountry ski. My wife and 4 boys also like to bike and ski, keeping us all busy. I do not plan on slowing down anytime soon...life's short.

Jackie, this video is confusing, but I'm sure you had fun. I heard you guys are getting a condo in Moab this weekend. I'm not sure whether I should make fun of you for being a wimp and not camping, or thank you for the dry place to hang out and play signs when we're soaking wet at the campground. Regardless, it'll be fun to play with you guys!
