- I am a physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor. For those of you unfamiliar with this field, I am an MD. I have found traditional medicine has it's limitations. The aim of this blog is to explore some treatments that may be considered "outside the box" from a personal and MD perspective. I am 40, and I love to moutnain bike, trail run, and backcountry ski. My wife and 4 boys also like to bike and ski, keeping us all busy. I do not plan on slowing down anytime soon...life's short.

This is the best Egbert blog that I have seen. You need to give your sister lessons on how to make a cool interesting blog. The only thing it is missing is pictures of me!
